Every order will be made personally by me!  As often as possible, I source my materials from the USA. Each accent is hand made by me in my home in NH. As with all handmade products, small imperfections are normal and if you order more than one they may not be exactly the same.

No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges unless an item is damaged during shipping or faulty due to my mistake.  Damaged or faulty items must be reported to us with in 48 hours of receipt.

Do not swim or shower with your jewelry on!  Apply jewlery after hand sanitizer, makeup and perfume is dry.  Storing your jewelry in a cool, dry place with a few silica packets or anti-tarnish pads will keep it shiny and from oxidizing. Silver will develop a natural patina in time.  A small individually wrapped polish cloth is included with your purchase. In the future, if it needs it, for a small $5 fee + shipping, I will tumble and polish this piece for you.

*During Covid-19, the mail is taking two to three weeks longer to get to you, even though we ship 1st class or priority. We have no control over the post office or shipping times right now, but you will receive tracking for your item once I ship it. International packages are taking an especially long time so please consider this before ordering.  

Ready made items will ship the next business daymafter payment is cleared and custom orders will ship in the agreed upon time, which is set individually for each personalized or custom item.  Supplies and materials shipping to me are receiving the same delays.  We do our best to get your product to you expediently!

I ship on Fridays. If you put your order in by Wednesday at 9am EST it will likely ship by friday. If you don't receive a tracking number then it will not ship until the next week. Reach out to me if you need it sooner and we can discuss a RUSH order fee.
